non-physical ruf HCs bc,, idk i wanted to put em somewhere
- a surprisingly good cook and likes to prove it via giving out food
- shortish attention span but will remember every single word you say
- good with time,, esp birthdays and important dates
- not great at standing up for himself, hes got the Nitram Avoidance trait
- if someone talks shit on his friends he will start a fuckin fight
- knows a lot of random info
- remembers a scary amount of pokemon stats
- had a mullet at one point (he loved it)
- cannot sew but wants to learn
- keeps falling out of trees like a doofus
- also does the Nitram thing where if hes hugging someone and its really emotional for whatever reason ( ie he hasnt seen them in a while or something just went down or hes feeling protective ) his wings will involuntarily wrap around him and the other person like a cocoon

So After I drew Tavros Yesterday, I decided, hey, why not Rufioh too!
But what if Rufioh had a mullet and was sitting??!
(And his fish boyfriend came and hungout with him)
